You keep recording as normal. Live transcription is the transcript that appears as you speak. Once a plan's hours for the month are used, new recordings are transcribed on your own computer when the meeting ends instead of live, until the hours reset the next month. A meeting isn't cut off part way: if the hours run out mid-meeting, live transcription carries on for up to four more hours of it (one hour on Free), and the recording itself is never stopped.
