Nothing is deleted
Reaching the free limit doesn't touch your existing matters or drafts. You just can't create a fourth matter or an eleventh generation that month.
Generations reset monthly
The 10-generation cap is per calendar month. It resets automatically, no action needed on your part.
Upgrade any time
Move to Solo the moment you need more, and every existing matter and draft carries over exactly as it was.

Yes. Cancel from Settings and you'll keep Solo access until the end of the period you've already paid for, then drop to Free. Your matters and drafts aren't deleted when you cancel, only your data deletion does that.
Everything stays. You'll be limited to 3 active matters and 10 generations a month going forward, but nothing already in your account is removed.
